I have amassed quite a colloction of both SE blade razors and DE razors. My SE 1/2 blade razors are the Leaf Razor and its 2 sisters (twig and Thorn) Dovo shavette and others.The Feather brand is always mentioned for sharpness and I agree but they are costly even when you split them. These Perma-Sharp(P&G-Gillette) are by far my best blade for either the Leaf and my newer Proof razor. I bought a (2) pack on Amazon for a good price and am very happy with them. In the past I have used Derby,Shark, and the proprietory Leaf blades. These blades only last for one maybe 2 shaves. The Perma Sharp stay sharp for at least 3 shaves.
