This mat works well for my small fire pit. It can be used on a tabletop or on the ground. My tabletop fire pit uses bioethanol, which can be a bit messy when pouring it in, but this mat makes cleanup easy. The mat has an interesting texture—kind of sticky, but without actually sticking. This texture helps keep the fire pit from slipping, adding an extra layer of safety. Overall, this mat is a practical accessory that simplifies cleanup and ensures stability for my fire pit.

We have a Solo Mesa like fire pit that we take camping with us. It's great for first thing in the morning when it's a bit chilly. The last time my husband lit it, I was really worried about sparks escaping on to the wooden picnic table, so this is the perfect accessory. It folds up really small and fits in our camping stuff very well.

This 20 inch table top fire mat works great, it is a great size also, we had this under one of our table top fire pits on a metal patio table and you could not feel the heat coming through the bottom of the mat or table and those table top fire pits get very hot, I would say this works great and looks great and provides a good protection layer to your tables, it is a great value to protect yourself and possessions, highly recommend

First and only time I used it all the edges curled up, no heat proof. Hope to find another one that can withstand a fire to protect my patio

I'm so glad I ordered this fire pit mat. I am using my fire pit on a wooden table, and this mat will help to protect my table from heat and embers. The mat measures 20 inches and is the perfect size for my small fire pit. It is thick and reusable. The mat is heat-resistant and fireproof. Overall, this mat appears well-made and durable. I recommend it.

This item isn't terribly thick but I believe it will protect from embers flying around on the ground if you're using a small emergency stove or grill. In retrospect I'd get something a little bit bigger just to be sure but this will do the job for the immediate area around where you're cooking or have a fire.

I got this to place under my table top fire pit. It is the perfect size to accommodate the pit along with any hot items we may need to place beside the pit, like the little forks for roasting marshmallows. It has a clean look, is easily maintained and helps me to feel safer with an indoor fire. If you have an table top fire pit, this is a must have!

I have a small tabletop charcoal grill that I usually put on a cookie sheet, but I haven't been satisfied using it that way - the metal is a bit slippery, and it transfers heat from a dropped coal pretty well and can leave a scorch mark. This protects the table great, and holds the grill right where I want it without a careless gesture sending the cookie sheet spinning. It's flexible so I can store it easily, and cleans up almost effortlessly.
