Surprisingly GREAT!... Because of the economical price I had low expectations regarding the appearance and how they would adhere to the existing old broken floor tiles in my closet. To my great surprise, these tiles transformed the floor. Very easy to apply. TIP: place the tiles on the floor without removing the protected backing for the sticky side and see where you have to cut to fit. A scissors from Home Depot cut these very easily, no need for box cutters or sharp blades. Then as you place them down, place only the tip of the corner down first and align the the tile then lay the tile down and smooth with your hand.. The adhesive is strong so don't expect to lift them once they are down in place. They do look like gray slate tiles..I will purchase them again as I have 3 more closets to cover.

The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to love this product based on the pictures, but unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations at all. The tiles look nice in the box, but once installed, the problems started almost immediately. First, the adhesive is extremely weak. I followed all the prep instructions, cleaned the floor, dried it thoroughly, even used a roller, but the corners started peeling up within a couple of days. I tried pressing them down again, but they just don’t stay flat. Definitely not "strong adhesive" as advertised. Second, the tiles are very thin and flimsy. They feel more like stickers than actual flooring. If you're expecting something durable or even remotely close to real vinyl tiles, you’ll be disappointed. They scuff easily, and one even tore while I was trying to reposition it. Third, the glossy finish looks cheap and overly shiny, almost like plastic wrapping. Under any light, every smudge and footprint is super noticeable, and they’re not easy to clean either. Lastly, the pattern alignment is terrible. If you're trying to get a seamless look, forget it. The designs don't line up properly, which makes the floor look amateurish no matter how carefully you lay them. I ended up ripping half of them out and replacing them with something better. Don’t waste your time or money, you’ll end up frustrated and possibly spending more to fix the mess later.

Size DOES matter when you're dealing with tile installation. For instance, this tile was advertised as 12" x 12". Not true! It's actually 11 3/16" x 11 3/16". In a small area it it may not make much difference. However, in a large room it can make the difference of as much as 2" or 3" or more, depending upon the size of the project. Just be sure you you measure before beginning, then measure again. It will pay off. However, I have to say the product was easy to complete, cutting acurately was not a problem a utility knife, easy to install and was the perfect look for the job I had to tackle. Very well priced. Loved the high gloss of the tile and adhered very well. Just make sure the area is very clean before starting.

I just Installed these tiles today! It doesn’t take long. I cleaned my bathroom floor tile and then got to work. It’s a lot like doing a puzzle. You have to line up the tiles evenly. Fortunately these tiles are very forgiving! You can restick the tile multiple times if you mess it up like I did. For me this is a temporary tile to upgrade an old bathroom on a small DIY budget. I’d give them an 8 out of 10 because they’re thin and the shape of my old tile is visible. They’re good enough for now but eventually I’ll replace them with thicker tile. It’s a really good value! I paid less than $1 a tile.

This is incredibly cheap. Many tiles has bubbles under the glossy finish. The tiles are so thin you can see anything under it. If you’re planning on laying it different than anything under it, you’ll see everything. The glossy top isn’t cut to the proper size. It does not lay proper because of the over hang. I’m not impressed. It took a while to do my bathroom and I will be surprise if it lasts due to the way the plastic top made it lay.
