It was quick and easy to assemble - once my husband decided the directions were indeed helpful… I love the remote control, we can take over if the girls are going too fast or not paying attention to obstacles. The engine roar upon ignition is fun, the girls love to hear it. Charges fast and battery holds but I do wish the charging cord was longer. The harness seatbelts are great. And the cup holder! Working Radio is a nice touch. This car is nice and big too, the girls will be able to use for a long time - they are two right now. Also yes, I put my toddlers in this and they are perfectly safe (which was important) and they have an absolute blast. At first I was a little skeptical being that it not only arrived in two boxes, but huge ones at that. . Then, all of the parts. However, if you just follow the video posted here on Amazon it's cake to put together. My daughter (4) became an expert with it within an hour or so and still now (few weeks later ) wants to ride it constantly. Super happy with the purchase! ... show more

My sons loves this car. My little one loves riding along his brother. It took me 2-3 hours to assemble but once it came together it was amazing. Very durable. We live in an apartment the only issue we have is where to park it since it’s so big. My 5 year old loves driving it. It comes with a remote that I use for emergency brakes and sometimes when we are crossing a road. I take them to a park or tennis court. they ride it for 45 minutes to an hour. The battery doesn’t drain. Not sure how long it is supposed to last. It doesn’t fit through the doors though. If you have to go through a door you will have to pick it up and go sideways. ... show more

I reviewed several similar items before purchasing. Several comments mentioned great customer service. However, when our parts appeared to be damaged but wanted to verify I went through Amazon to contact support. Amazon stated that the manufacturer was unavailable. I asked for a support contact at a later date but was told the company did not have one. Amazon obviously offered a return/replacement which wasn’t helpful with all the parts out of box mid assembly. We decided ourselves the axel parts were bent and needed to be a 90 degree angle. When one was at 45 degrees and another was at 80. We bent it using a vice. Once put together, we were happy with the results, but it’s a lot of assembly to not have access to customer support, and disappointing we got bent parts, and questionable on durability with the situation. ... show more

For 500 dollars I expected less assembly and leather seats. The parts fitq together nicely but there are quite a few. It will take a few hours to assemble. It seems to run nicely and the higher speeds are impressive.

Allow yourself some time and comfortable kneeling space! All those pieces may look overwhelming but they’re not. 3 hours to put together with small breaks in between. The softer the surface the better so you don’t scratch it. It would be nice if the company came out with an installation video.
