They are lightweight, and do improve focus somewhat. However, the image appears to move, as you look through different holes, which is dizzying. Others have warned not to attempt to drive with them on. I agree. Smaller holes might improve the focus, but make the dizzying effect and darkening worse.

My husband tried it for the first time last night, and he couldn’t read anything without his reading glasses. But when he put these on, he could actually see clearly and started reading! Not only do they help train your eyes, but they also help focus your vision while reading.

It's really imteresting that I can actually read something while wearing these glasses as opposed to not wearing my prescription lenses. The eyes focus through the holes to allow for reading. I can watch TV with them on, too, but the images aren't crystal clear since my view is basically obstructed by the all the holes, yet at the same time I can easily see the images on the screen. I'm not yet sure if it has improved my vision, as I haven't been able to wear them on a daily basis to train my eyes, but they might hold promise for that purpose.

These glasses were delivered about 30 minutes ago, and I have been wearing them ever since. I am so impressed with the results that I felt I needed to leave a review. I spend long hours staring at my screen, and I have noticed that my eyesight has gotten worse. Well, I don't know if these glasses will permanently fix my vision, but they certainly improved it. I can use my laptop without squinting or wearing my prescription glasses. At first, the adjustment glasses took some getting used to, but after a few minutes, my eyes adjusted just fine. I don't know who needs to read/hear this, but if you're looking for a great way to improve your vision (or to give your eyes a break from your prescription lens), I highly recommend these glasses. The real test is if I could drive with them on. Stay tuned!

I put these on when my eyes are tired and maybe stinging and I still want to watch some TV. They're comfortable. They don't block out all the ambient light coming in from the sides but they don't need to. Maybe I'll close my eyes for ten minutes and almost right away the hexagons will open up in your field of view and become more sharply defined. That's when you can see what's in front of you the best with these glasses. I have some near-sighted vision in one eye and the other eye has gotten a little far-sighted. Everything is in clear focus with these glasses in both eyes and the glare is lessened or the contrast is enhanced as well. Maybe after a half hour wearing these glasses the eye strain disappears as I watch a basketball game on TV with enhanced clarity compared to naked vision. I like them a lot for watching TV. I don't recommend them at all for any kind of activity though. They're just good for sitting.
