The Scrub top is thin and breathable. The downside to the top is that you need to wear a good undershirt because depending you can see through it just a little but other than that it’s a good price because other scrub tops are more expensive. But you get what you paid for

I ordered a medium and it fit just fine. Loose enough on the shoulders for full movement. The silk material was really pleasant, just far too heavy for running around a nursing home. Coming from a person who is always cold. A+ choice on a cold day.
