I've bought a lot of these of various types over time. This is one of the better made ones. The extended wire versions are great for chargers as I can use my Live Traxxas ones with a 'clean' plug with no wrap(which always gets crinkled on the wrapped ones). Typically use these to charge my mongo compacity ARRMA-tasked packs(as their stuff is always SO heavy next to TRX) and use the native EC5 in the car, but occasionally use the adapter under load when using these 7200+ packs in my TRX trucks, which are all 'bit' beyond factory spec with zero signs of strain, heat, or loss of performance.     • Saved my Traxxas batteries
My son left his batteries plugged in to his Traxxas maxx slash. I took them out and tried to charge them on the Traxxas charger. Would not let me charge at all because the voltage got too low. Used these adapters to plug into another charger and set the charger to Nimh on 1 volt instead of lipo. Let them charge for a couple minutes until it got to 10 mah. Put them back in the Traxxas charger and was able to charge like normal now. $11 adapters saved me lots of money on replacing 2 Traxxas batteries. ... show more
