Readers actually do have three distinguishable reading strengths/regions (interacting, computer, and reader), are super comfortable, REALLY are stylish, and are the size of the average noggin. These pairs arrived, I tried them out, and immediately ordered another set of 2. I am one of 4 brothers and I am the youngest at 55 yrs old. We all need these now ;-).

Fit and look pretty good, but more importantly just work perfectly for my eyes for reading and computer work for near and middle distances. My eyes are fine for seeing far things, but pretty awful for things inside of 3 feet. These work perfectly for me.

I was excited when I received the box containing the item. Yes, the product was presentable, professionally wrapped, equipped with a wipe, a string in case you want to hang on your chest once done reading. I might give 5 stars if this is just the category. But wait, the edge of the glass is sharp. It's kind of rough and sharp. If your nose is somewhat narrow and flat, and the glass is too close to the skin that surely is uncomfortable. I would rate in 2.0 if this is the only category. Using it, it's kind of dizzy because the only clear is the middle and sides are not. I may compare one reading eye glass I bought from WalMart, same 2.5. The latter is much clearer and comfortable. I maybe too harsh in judging but being a customer of an unknown company, that's my assessment.

I purchased the transitional readers for use at work. I use a 1.0 while looking at my monitor however I have to change to a 2.0 for reading small print on paper or while using my phone. These 2.0 transition readers are not the fix for replacing 2 pairs of glasses. straight ahead the monitor is just as blury as without glasses. with my head tilted way back I can read the monitor as if the strongest portion of the lense is 1.0 or possibly 1.25. These are useless to me.

These are nice looking glasses and work great for the close up reading I need them for. Only problem is I wanted to be able to wear them all the time so I don't have to go looking for them when I need them. I cannot do that. It seems the correction runs all the way up the lens, so my distance vision is impaired. I've had cataract surgery and my distance vision is super now, but I need close up correction. These glasses would be perfect if they stopped the correction at the half way point of the lenses. I either have to take them off or pull them down on my nose which is uncomfortable and annoying. Disappointing.
