After trying many pillows except for the really expensive ones, I have to agree with many who write these reviews that there is really no perfect pillow. It is indeed very subjective as one pillow may be perfect for one, but not for another. However, I have to say that this one checks almost all the boxes for me. It sleeps really cool, is quality made, but I just need a little more support as a side sleeper and need to add a little more filling. Other adjustable pillows I ordered came with extra filling however not this one. I think a medium solid memory foam in the middle and shredded memory foam on each side would probably do the trick for me. But this is so far the best pillow out of the many I have tried. One mistake I did make is to put both pillows in the dryer at the same time. One pillow got stuck in one position lodged against the tub and the outer cover melted on one side! I contacted Qutool, explained my mistake, and surprisingly, they said they would send me a new pillow cover! Was not expecting that and appreciated their great customer care and service! There are many adjustable pillows on Amazon, however, without spending an arm and a leg, I think these pillows are worth trying and may be perfect for others if you are a side sleeper like me. ... show more

I am probably one of the hardest people to please when it comes to pillows, so when I say this pillow is hands down the best pillow I’ve ever had, omg it truly is! RUN!!!! Don’t walk to get this pillow! No more sweaty nights, waking up with a wet neck and hair because it stays so cool to the touch. It was easy to open upon arrival. I put mine in the dryer together (king size) with 3 beater balls for about 15min and wow did they fluff up. My partner is no longer snoring, thus allowing me to sleep better. I ended up putting the extra stuffing they sent in mine because I do like a fuller pillow, but still, even without it, it still was so amazing! I was super hesitant to get a gel/foam type of pillow as it would be my first, but after sleeping on it a few weeks; WE have ZERO REGRETS!!! My elderly mother even purchased 2 in the queen size for herself and said her neck and back pain have eased up immensely! The restful sleep I’ve gotten has already paid for them, definitely worth every penny!!!! I look forward to going to bed again and don’t want to leave it in the morning because I’m so comfortable!!!! ... show more

Accompanying picture shows: Shrink-wrapped pillow, fluffed pillow and the package of extra stuffing. These pillows arrive as a set of two and each is rolled in its own shrink-wrap. Included is a separate package of additional stuffing, should you find yourself in need of it. However, I found the pillows to be quite plump just as they were! As described by the seller, the outer, zippered casing of the pillow features a cool-to-the-touch side while the opposite side is less so. The outer case also acts as a pillow protector. Within the outer case, is a second zippered case making up the actual pillow. The second zipper case allows for adding or subtracting of stuffing so you can adjust and find YOUR perfect pillow comfort. These pillows are really well made! The stitching around the zippers is spot on and well done. The zippers don't snag and slide along nicely. Both the inner and outer cases are are well made and the outer case has a nice design to it that, once the pillow plumps up, resembles quilting. The only "con" for me (but not so much as to effect my five-star rating) is the initial smell. They did emit an unpleasant odor similar to every other new pillow I've tried. Simply letting them air out a few hours before use will fix that in a jiffy. Worth it? Absolutely! After trying other pillows that were suppose to be "hotel quality" AND being very disappointed by each one I tried, I was hesitant to give these a shot. However, I loved the idea that they came with extra filling that allowed me to adjust the plumpness to my liking. What a fantastic feature! As it turns out, my pillows didn't need any adjustment because they are perfect (for me) just as they are! Affordable, comfortable and adjustable! I would definitely purchase again! ... show more

Forgot my top sleeping pillow at a hotel (I travel for a living) and have always used a feather pillow mostly because the ability to stay cool. Shopped around on here and decided to give this one a try. Waited a few weeks and honestly can’t beat it for the price. The cool side is always cool and it sleeps really well. As others have said it does smell weird when you first pull it out of the box, but once it airs out the 24 hrs that is required it’s gone. My only real complaint is the thickness of the pillow. It’s a little thicker than I’m used to. Normally I slept with a hard pillow on bottom and thin feather pillow on top whereas with this need a thinner pillow on bottom this one on top and can almost just sleep with this pillow. Yes I can take some stuffing out but it would probably be deformed if I did it lol but I may give it a try. Again honestly can’t beat for the price, and I will probably buy another one to leave at the house I’ve been sleeping much better not sure if it’s the pillow or what. ... show more
