I ordered a two pack of 250th anniversary USA commemorative hats. One is solid, black background, while the other is a camouflage with gold, beige, khaki, and brown colors. They both have the same embroidered logo on the front, and the same gold leaves on the rim of the hat. My initial impression of these patriotic hats was that they are very vivid in their colors and the intricate embroidery on the front. I noticed an eagle’s head atop an American flag, accompanied by the Statue of Liberty and the Liberty Bell. The rest of the lettering is embroidered in a gold color and appears to have been done quite well, especially with the embroidered 1776 on one side and the 2026 on the other side. While the embroidery on both of these hats, seem of a good quality, one thing that I noticed though, is on the inside of the hat, usually when there’s embroidery, you can find an extra piece of fabric covering up the embroidery part, these hats do not have that extra lining on the inside. In the back of the hats, there’s a typical sizing opening that can be used for ventilation or to put hair through, especially a ponytail. The sizing is actually done using a Velcro strap, which many people find convenient, although not everyone may prefer it. Personally, I like the Velcro closing and the whole ponytail feature. I prefer both. I appreciated the embroidered American flag on the left side of both of the hats, which added a touch of patriotism and definitely enhanced the overall message. I also noticed six additional aerator holes that seem to improve ventilation. The materials used in these 250th anniversary hats appear to be of high quality. I noticed that it recommends handwashing, but I must admit that I wash all of my husband’s hats in the washing machine. So, I decided to try the black hat and put it in the washing machine. After taking it out, I let it air dry by setting it over the spout of my faucet. It worked wonderfully, and the hat came out looking very nice. Overall, the price is very fair especially since you’re getting two hats and together, they might be slightly less than most hats of this quality. I truly appreciate the two hats, and their different colors, I’m definitely wearing the camouflage one and my husband is wearing the black one.

I ordered the two pack of the 250 anniversary USA ball caps. There were varieties of colors available, I chose the camo hat and the black hat set. What a fantastic value for two embroidered cotton baseball caps. I'm glad to see the camo version has colorful embroidery so you can read it against the camo background. Of course the solid colored hat has embroidery that stands out even more. I have included a multiple pictures so you can see the two ball caps I received and their details. Each baseball cap has iconic Americana images on the front, the Statue of Liberty, Liberty Bell, American flag and bald eagle. Then beautiful scroll work on the bill and American flag on the side. The size adjuster on the back is Velcro. This is the easiest type of adjuster available. But my longer hair does get caught in it. The embroidery is good quality, the hat itself is well constructed. I got nothing bad to say about these two hats!! They are great for any patriotic person to have in their stash. Of course they each make a great gift whether it is for a birthday, holiday or commemorative event. It's a fantastic gift for active duty military, first responders, veterans or any patriotic American. I highly recommend this set of baseball caps for the quality construction, colors available and beautiful embroidery making these a great value at this price point.

I have been looking for good quality hats to give to the men in my life; the guy who helps me maintain my RV, the mechanic who looks after my car, the guy who does so many handyman things around my house and for a friend of mine who is the nightshift supervisor for the secret service at the White House, however, these are not going to be gifted to any of those men. Why won't these go to those men? Because all these men work hard and love their nation, they are patriotic guys and they deserve a good hat; these are not good hats. My issue here is that the embroidery on these hats is so bad you cannot tell what things are. The statue of Liberty is so badly sewn you see a green blob, the eagle is not distinctive enough to see the eye of the eagle, the words are not crisp, the words are all uneven, the flag shows outside of the border and the whole thing looks like a 5 year old hand stitched it (honestly I think a 5 year old would have done a better job). I am really disappointed. For the same price I can pick up one hat that is superbly sewn and embroidered; I would rather one good hat than two I cannot give away. If I gave these to the guys in my life they would lower their estimation of me; the quality sucks. I am granting two stars because you get two hats, but honestly had I known the stitching would be so bad I would not have requested these items. I had high hopes for good hats to give to friends in honor of the anniversary of the birth of our nation and these are so disappointing.
