Very lightweight yet sturdy. Works very easily and I even have a thin clear soft plastic case on mine which caused zero problems. I was worried about the light on it, since I would use it next to my bed on my nightstand and I didn't want a light lit up all night. Thankfully the blue light only comes on when you first put your phone on it and it makes the connection, it only stays on maybe 5-10 seconds then goes out, so it's dark at night. My only complaint, and I suppose this is common with most if not all wireless chargers, is that it's much slower charge than direct cord hookup, even with this being a 20w instead of the more common 10w. For instance my phone was on 30% and with the direct cord it said "46 minutes to charged", whereas with this wireless cradle it says "1 hr 28 mins until charged"--also interesting is that the charger I use itself 20w, so this "20w" wireless charger is only half as fast as 20w should be, apparently. Again, perhaps common, this is my first wireless charger so I have nothing to compare it to besides the direct cord hookup. That said I am very happy with this. ... show more

Why buy a phone prop when you could have a phone prop that keeps your phone charging or charged!? I have lots of these around so when I'm working on the computer I can see my notifications, interact with my phone, and always have a convenient place to plop it where it isn't constantly dying but instead staying charged. It also charges decently quick, which is nice. It's not as good as wiring it directly, but it's impressive (to me) for wireless. This with some other wireless charging devices around the house I almost never leave the house without 100% and I never had to reach for a cord and fiddle with the USB C port.     • Fast charging is an exaggeration
So the product comes with a cord that is a standard USB-A to a USB-C. But it comes with no AC wall adapter. I have a fast charging wall adapter that came with my phone, so I plugged it in and set my phone on the wireless charger once my phone was down to 6% battery life. After 2 hours I checked the phone. It was only at 7%!!! So I give it another two hours and it was only at 8%. Frustrated, I unplug the wireless charger and using the same cord and AC adapter I connect it directly into my phone and within two more hours, I went from 8% to 100%. So much for the claim of being a fast wireless charger. Yet, I thought I would give it one more try. The following day I went out and bought a brand new AC adapter that is a USB-C, and bought a USB-C to USB-C cord. This time after 2 hours on the wireless charger the battery did go up more than 1% but it still was VERY SLOW as it only went up around 20% in those two hours. I have a wireless charger that is built in to my desk at work. I can use that wireless charger for 2 hours and go up 50-60% battery life. So again, this product failed at living up to the claim of being a fast wireless charger. Needless to say, this charger is on its way back to Amazon for a full refund. One star. It’s a bit flimsy and lightweight. Would have preferred if it were a bit more stable and sturdy. All this said, it works and meets my need for a nightstand charger.

It works well, but it doesn’t work with otter boxes or thick cases so I wouldn’t recommend it if you have a thick case.
