They're really just rods with springs. They are not dampeners of any kind. If you were to remove the springs the rods move freely which shouldn't be. Also know thst the bottoms are most likely a larger diameter than your Yerf-Dog or Manco and they only fit into the top hole because the bottom diameter is larger. ... show more

Good fit, right quality for the money but the adjustment tool doesn't come with the set which tells me someone is being cheaper than me buying these in the first place! Really nice product but kind of a dick move not to toss in a cheap adjustment wrench!!
