I bought this item based on the advertised specs. It claims to be 7" circumference, but it's 6.5" as per my picture. That would put it at 2.07" diameter, not the advertised 2.3" (which would actually be a 7.23" circumference). It's a fine piece, and I decided to keep it, but I was hoping it to be a step up in size from what I already had. But this is just a fair warning for those that actually were looking for the advertised dimensions.

My partner normally takes a while to get there and this did the job on all levels. Really enjoys and is the new favorite! It's a bit heavy so if using manually be prepared for a workout.
