The pad we really needed fit but when we tried to replace some of the other worn pads the sizes didn’t all match. I was disappointed to have bought the full kit and then only be able to repair one part.

    • Get decent pads.
These are "ok-ish." Though I think this set was more for "repair," they're getting lumped in with the rest, because the pads are inconsistently sized, which is REAL DAMNED IMPORTANT.

    • Pads too small for a tenor sax
All but about 4 of the pads are way too small to fit my tenor sax. Maybe they would fit an alto sax, but it's a complete waste for a tenor sax. Also, the rods supplied are too short for the tenor - another indicator that this set is for an alto instead of a tenor.
