The header was bent from the original owner, when I installed my new skid plate, it created a gap and exhaust leak. This product fit perfectly, sealed the exhaust leak at the outlet and I am happy. The new studs fit perfectly. On a personal note, the "Nuts" are a little longer than factory. This does not effect anything but visual.
