When it comes to the flavor pods u must be precise in where they are placed. There is a tiny hole that must line up with another hole in the spout. I like the bottle but, it's NOT ur nose doing the help of the flavor. U ar literally sucking the flavor through the side of the silicone spout.

These pods did not fir the Air Up Water Bottle. The shape around the opening of these pods do not match the shape of the top of the Air Up bottle so we were not able to use them.
