Great product ! Performs as advertised!
Bought this thing for my wife for a tough household cleaning project she needed it for and it has not disappointed us! Every bit as powerful as some of the gas powered pressure washers you can buy but yet it's portable although the wife said the only thing she would change would be to make it a little less bulky and make the battery last a bit longer. The batteries last about 40 to 45 minutes each .

Hose flys off adapter under pressure
The water hose (tubing) is not compatible with the quick connect adapter. The outside diameter is too small for the compression nut so it just bottoms out so the tubing slips off the nipple under pressure. Had to install hose clamps.

Does the job
Works good just expected more power from a 1850 psi

Nice unit
Great washer. Did a lot of research picked this one. Good choice. For what it is psi is higher than expected. Don’t see any issues. In reviews “intake hose blowing off” is true but all it takes is a small worm gear clamp to fix that. I have an old Worx unit, this is much more powerful. I’m hard to please and I’m pleased.

Good product. Just needs a different hose bib.
I'm giving this 4 stars and the only reason I'm going to put this out there is the standard hose connection with what they give you. You got to put this little plastic thing on and it keeps on coming apart while you're in the middle of pressure washing. If it had a standard bib fitting, that would be better. Other than that, as far as a small compact thing, if you need to do it out of a bucket to wash your car, something like that, if you're in an urban city, hey this is really great. If you're looking for something for a little bit more than that, it'll do some basic house cleaning, clean your gutters, and so forth. The bib fitting for the garden hose really needs to be redesigned or you could just make a singular piece for that.

Poor battery life and design flaws
The hose would not stay on, I had to use zip ties on both ends to keep it intact. Additionally, the battery life is very poor - it takes both batteries to soap and wash my boat, with both dying before I finished washing a handful of times. Additionally, because of the design of the handle, it causes hand fatigue while using.

Poor quality
The hose will not stay attached under pressure. Tried zip ties to hold hose in place. Still not working. Very disappointed!
