    • Gummy and Sticky - Hard to Remove

I have used several different brands of extension adhesives and these were definitely different than the others. Primarily I have used Hot Heads and Perfect Locks, but a few other brands here on Amazon as well. Please allow me to do you a favor, do not buy these. These were gummy and sticky when you try to remove them. I use the same adhesive remover that I always use and these were terrible to get off. They left a sticky residue in my hair that was there for weeks. My hairdresser even tried to get it out. We tried several different types of adhesive remover and straight alcohol. I'm still having a hard time getting it off of my extensions. I'm hoping it just wears off after a while. If you want industrial-strength hold, this is it. But don't expect to take them out. You are going to have a gummy sticky mess. ... show more

I ordered several packs, two of the packs had poor adhesion (maybe expired) because the tape ins came out and I had to redo them with one of the other packs, before leaving for vacation. I had no problem with the packs with proper adhesion and hope when I place another order I dont have this problem. ... show more

I wouldn't buy these again, the adhesive comes off on your fingers, there pre-cut which is nice, but overall these are too difficult to install.

I decided to try these because I needed tapes quickly. I really wish I had just waited for the ones I normally get. The adhesive in these were strong but somehow still my extensions were sliding. And when it came to removing them (with the solution) they were impossible to get off. They ripped a lot of my hair, they stretched and tore my extensions in half when I tried removing the tapes from them. My $500 extensions that I’ve put in a couple times without any issues are now in the trash because of these tapes. I was still combing the adhesive out of my hair for a week.
