I never ever write reviews but this product was sooo bad that I had to come & write an review. This tape isn’t sticky at all, as soon as you apply it instantly slides right off. The ones that had a little attachment, they were slipping out as soon as I stepped outside. Imagine going to a business meeting & your extension just randomly fall off at the table or when you run your fingers through your hair & the extensions comes with it so embarrassing. Normally I purchased different tapes at my local beauty supply but I had no time since I’ve been working later. Ordered these with the expectation that they could at least hold my hair until the next set was installed about a month later. I applied these to clean dry only used once extensions. I normally wash my hair once a week and limit the amount of product I put at the route because I have been using hair extensions for over 15 years so I understand maintenance. I wash my hair after about six days and noticed that most of them started to kind of slip out I go back in clean the hair extensions and reapply more straps I did this to about half of my head because at that point most of them started to lift. Which I am not used to. I knew this was going to be a problem so I preemptively purchased different hair tapes for the near future. I’m about three weeks in and this is my third official wash and not only did the tape expand and turn very gummy . One of the hair extensions literally ripped out chunks of my hair while I was brushing it with a flat paddle brush just at the base. The adhesive had stuck to a pretty decent amount of hair because it expanded so whilst it was drying it fused to random strands around it and when I brushed my hair it ripped out a huge chunk and now I seem to have a small bald spot nothing I can’t cover but quite annoying that now I have to completely regrow hair on one side of my head. Zero out of 10 do not recommend I should’ve known when I was taping my hair extensions to begin with it was already difficult to work with and very rubbery

With the lockdown this year, I didn't know what to do when it came time to reapply my tape-in extensions. After watching some youtube, I bought these and decided to brave doing them myself. Now, I don't pay the salon to do them anymore and have continued doing it at home! So easy, so much cheaper. These are dang effective too, done right, they will not fall out. In fact, they're so sticky they're VERY hard to remove when it comes time, which can be a downside. Truthfully though, I'd rather work hard to get them out than to stay put!

I was excited to be able to replace my glue on my extensions, I do this often. Ordered everything and of course thinking all would be okay, I waited till before the wedding. And THEY DIDNT STICK! None. The hair just fell out. Ended up re adhere if the only glue strips… mmhmm. It was good enough for the wedding… but never again. I was pretty disappointed. Will not buy these again.

These are the worst tapes I have ever used in my life and I honestly am afraid to do tape ins again. I have done tape ins before and NO PROBLEM. Always done it myself and I use professional remover and they usually come out no problem. When I decided to use this brand after not being able to get my other brand, I didn’t expect to lose half my head of hair and spend 5 hours in agonizing pain ripping the tapes off my head. I used three different removers for tapes and glue and the tape would literally just stick to my hair and not budge, and even separate from the extension instead of dissolving like most and sliding out. The stickiness was like super glue in my hair and the pieces of tape would not come out, I literally had to rip out hair. The residue stayed in my hair for two weeks after NUMEROUS oil baths and treatments. I felt so depressed and stressed out I barely wear my hair down now. I used to have so much and now it’s all gone. ALSO... they caused a bad reaction and slipped and separated from each other after a short amount of time. I had terrible dandruff and itchiness every night since i put them in which i have never experienced. They slid and became visible and uncomfortable, and my hair matted in between badly within two weeks. Keep in mind i do tape ins often and this is NOT user error. Extremely disappointed DO NOT get these unless you want to lose half your hair and live with regret.

I am not a huge fan of these TBH. I was hoping that for the price, i would like a better quality of tape considering the price for these tape ins. I have had hair extensions for over 5 years and have tried many. Unfortunately , there is not a great hair extension tape that will not melt through the time. Ideally, the tape should stay neat within the hair extension tab for 4-6 weeks. This tape will not do that. This tape will melt off around the 3rd week mark. Sometimes balling into glue gunk and being very visible.This tape can also cause a lot of slipped hair. Over all, not the worst.
