After realizing that " medium brown" lace did not match the color in the picture, I requested cancelation through the Amazon app, as I needed a lighter color. Oulaer offered to make the same wig with a lighter, natural looking lace scalp with no additional charge. I accepted and I am pleased. It well made and I would buy again. The only con is the dark brown. I would prefer a medium or golden brown but the blond highlights are good. Edit: brown was not as dark as my lighting made it appear at first. I ended up liking the color. Update: I have ordered this wig several times with the request to customize the lace. Oulaer has been willing to accommodate me each time. I had some issues with the last order. I contacted them and they immediately offered to correct the problem. I opted to not send it back so they compromised by doing an extra quality check and sending pictures of this purchase for my approval before shipping. They then expressed my order no additional charge to me. I recommend them for your wig needs. Their wigs and customer service is great. 2024 Update Review: I have ordered variations of this wig several times as it is a good replica of the way I've worn my hair for years. The customer service is still good especially the prompt response but I'm a little disappointed that the customization of the shade of lace was off. The last 2 times the lace seems to have a light brownish tint that does not work well with my coloring. I returned the first one and kept the second one but I have to use powder in the part to lighten the color. I am impressed with their willingness to try to please the customer even if the effort sometimes fail. I will continue to order from Oulaer.

The wig I received was dark brown with orange/yellow highlights. The hair is soft and seems like good quality at first glance, but I see from other reviews that the color they ship is different from what was ordered.

I did bleach the hair TBH, but the hair lighten so amazingly!!! I was so surprised! Then it came out this beautiful color Ive never seen before its absolutely perfect!!! Its beautiful and I can't say enough about this hair and I've had many over the years trust me! 10/10

I love it. It’s so soft . Does not tangle as much . There’s A lot of in short “between “layers of short hairs. Like fillers.? Is it worth the money? Yes. I have washed several times. I have bleached the knots. And I also have straightened it. I’m very pleased. And as I went through the reviews. I wasn’t expecting anything Less . This wig looks great on everyone in this review section.

This wig is perfect! Color is pretty true to the picture. Quality is simply fantastic! It came in a box (with a cap), soft and very curly. It looked shorter with curls, but I knew I was keeping it right away. I washed it (even though there was NO smell), gently dried it and put flat iron product throughout it. I flat ironed it and was in love with the results. It was actually 16" to 18" straight. It's so full - NO shedding at all, and the quality is nothing short of PERFECT. Trust me when I say - I have been through several wigs claiming to be top quality (and top price) - and have been disappointed so many times. This wig does NOT disappoint - it is, by far; my most FAVORITE wig I now own. This is a real review - no BS. (The pic shown is before the lace was cut) - it looks even better now that it's installed!

I purchased the ombré blond color and received a black wig with sparse yellow bleach stripes starting halfway down- very ugly and unprofessional bleach job and totally black Chinese hair. Cap size runs large- only order option is medium but it’s made like a large. To get custom size you have to order directly from their factory in China and wait 6 weeks for fabrication. I returned the item same day as received in brand new condition with all original packaging and tags and lace untouched. Amazon reply is for a possible refund in 30 days. Warning!!! Item NOT as advertised.
