This is a hard shell suitcase with some flexibility to it. The exterior has a nice sheen to it and I was happy that it came in my favorite gray green color. The interior has zippered fabric for the top and bottom as well as an interior divider that can be zippered to the interior sides. This fabric divider has a zippered compartment about the size of a pencil case, and two pockets about the size of an open adult hand. For a small suitcase, this one is designed with attention to detail, easy to pack efficiently, and holds plenty for a weekend, week, or even longer if you are a minimalist for travel. I really like that the wheels on this suitcase are removeable and that they go on and off very quickly. Wheels on a suitcase can make the difference between a bag being considered a carry on or not, and with it fitting into an overhead compartment. The option of wheels on or off for different parts of your journey can make a huge difference in your travel experience. Another thing I really like about this suitcase is the optional locking feature with clear instructions for how to set a passcode. I’ve flown with it twice so far as a carry on and it has become my go to piece of luggage. For its design, functionality, and appearance, I think this suitcase is a really good value.

This is a nice suitcase and I like that the wheels all spin 360 degrees and that you can quickly remove them if needed to fit in smaller spaces. The lining on the interior of the suitcase is a nicer fabric and not the super stiff paper-like fabric you sometimes get in cheaper bags. I also like the subtle green color that will make it stand out from the sea of black suitcases. The suitcase, however, will not hold a lot. The side without the handles is 4" deep, and the handles protrude about 1" into the suitcase, making the other side effectively 3" deep. I don't know that you could fit more than a day or two of clothes and toiletries. Definitely no tennis shoes. I removed a star for a few reasons. First, the black on the logo smudged off when the suitcase arrived, making it look cheap. Second, the outer shell does not seem to be super thick and deforms with not a ton of pressure. I don't think this is large enough to ever check it on a plane, but I wouldn't do so anyway because I would be afraid it might break. Finally, for $99, I think this is priced a bit too high for the size and quality.

The media could not be loaded. This luggage is absolutely beautiful. The baby blue color really stands out, you won’t mistake it for one of the many plain black suitcases coming down the conveyor belt. That said, it’s definitely more of an overnight or carry-on bag. It’s smaller than I expected and honestly feels more like a child-sized suitcase. You can probably fit a couple of pairs of shorts, a few shirts, a swimsuit, and maybe a toothbrush. It’s not made for packing heavy, but for a quick overnight or weekend trip, it gets the job done. It also fits easily in an overhead bin, which is a plus for air travel. To give you a better idea of the size, I’m including a photo of my 14-pound cat sitting inside the suitcase. That should help show just how compact it really is. My favorite feature is the wheels. There’s a little button you can press to pop them in and out. A few years ago, we went on a European trip, and the moment we got to the airport, one of our suitcase wheels popped off. Then, to make it worse, we watched from the window as the second wheel flew off and rolled under the plane. Ever since then, I’ve been cautious about wheels, so I love that these are removable and feel sturdy. The handle glides up and down easily, and the zippers lock into the shell of the suitcase, which makes it TSA compliant. I’m including the instructions on how to set the code in case you lose yours. Overall, it’s a stylish and seemingly durable suitcase. I haven’t taken it on a trip yet, but I plan to use it for our upcoming vacation to Mexico in July. I’ll update this review if anything changes once it’s put to the test.

This 18-inch carry-on arrives with a suite of features that sound impressive on paper, like the aerospace-grade telescopic handle, a built-in luggage strap, and even a universal phone mount. However, my initial experience was immediately soured by an unpleasant chemical smell emanating from the luggage, strong enough that I had to air it out outside for several hours here in the Colorado air before I could even consider packing it. This, unfortunately, set a disappointing tone. Beyond the odor, my overall enthusiasm was further dampened by what feels like a significant amount of "lost space" within its compact frame and wheels that are noticeably not silent—a particular letdown at this price point. While the jet black matte finish is sleek, functionality and first impressions are paramount. The "under the seat" sizing is handy, and as other travelers have noted, it’s definitely on the smaller side, potentially suitable for a very light packer, a child, or an overnight trip. My main gripe with the interior is that the usable capacity feels less than anticipated, perhaps due to the shell's curvature or internal layout, making it a tight squeeze for anything more than the bare essentials. The detachable 360° wheels are a clever idea, and they do click into place easily once you realize you need to press the release button – a tip worth remembering. However, the claim of "silent wheels" unfortunately didn't hold true in my use; they generated more noise than I'd expect. The ABS+PC hard shell aims for durability, and while some might find it adequate, it didn't feel as robust as some other hard-shell cases, especially when open. While the advanced security features and adjustable handle are definite pluses, the initial unpleasant smell, combined with issues of efficient space utilization and audible wheels, make it difficult to fully embrace.
