Seems ok, time will tell how long it lasts though. The tongs it comes with are dangerous though, you really shouldn't be lifting crucibles by a single point they will rack and dump molten metal.

The build quality is dangerously poor. The lid doesn’t seal properly, causing large heat loss and wasting propane like crazy. It takes nearly twice as long to reach the temperature as advertised. Worse, the insulation is breaking apart. Within three uses, the refractory cement started flaking off the inside walls, exposing the fiber blanket underneath. That fiber blanket is now airborne every time I fire it up, which is a serious health hazard. This kit feels like it was assembled by someone who has never actually melted metal. It’s overpriced for the low quality, potentially dangerous, and rated for a capacity it simply cannot achieve. Save your money and buy from a reputable brand. I’m returning this pile of scrap.
