These show up as folded tissue paper with a string. You do all the rest of the assembly...so basically everything. The directions are vague, so here’s a few things you should know. Tie the string dead center in the folded tissue paper. If it isn’t perfectly centered your Pom Pom will be oblong and wonky in shape. To keep the string from sliding, once you center it pull up one sheet of tissue paper on each side of the string instead of doing one whole side first, as that causes the string to shimmy out of center. Also, these are more of a graphite color and are not really black.

Delicate to prepare; I was very careful because I read the reviews, but they looked good. I did them the night before; didn't want to be in a hurry. I used a couple of them to just sit on some shelves and they sat up by themselves. Carefully folded them up afterward to perhaps use for a future event. Color was good for a UNC Wilmington graduation party.

Did not like. Fragile material. Too bad to walk. Tears easily. Fast delivery ... but I didn't like the material. I had to watch several videos to learn how to assemble because the instructions were not easy

This product looks great when you take the time and have patience with them. Instructions were vague, but found a YouTube video that was very helpful. Worth the money and extra assembly time. Much less expensive than your typical craft store product.
