These are much thicker than normal lvt, groutable meant they protect the bathroom from moisture and wont. peel up like other tiles. Easy to install. A few had printing irregularities but, could be used for edging. Easy to cut with a razor, then snap in half. Looks amazing!

This is actually a pretty high quality, thick, solid product. Which is absolutely fantastic! Unless you need to make any cuts. Unfortunately, I was unable to cut it. I was using this for a powder room floor and attempted to make cuts to fit corners, around the toilet, etc. I tried every method you would use for a peel and stick tile. Scoring it and snapping it, x-acto knife, box cutter, I bought some fine teeth finishing type saw. Nothing worked. It is not as DIY friendly as I hoped, and as someone who doesn’t have all the power tools, I wasn’t going to buy another tool just to try to cut this. I do love the pattern and how high quality it is, so I decided to keep it and plan to use it elsewhere around the house where I don’t need to cut it!!

Wow!! I did not expect this project to turn out sooo good, especially as this is my first time doing a tiling project. First, the quality of the tile is superb. They are thick and the sticky is STONG! So strong in fact, you should be completely sure that’s exactly how/where you want the tile to go, because it is difficult to pull back up! I will say that they can be hard to cut. I used box cutter and needed fresh blades often. I tried a guillotine paper cutter for straight lines, but it didn’t work - the tiles are too thick. So I scored and snapped them. Had a couple broken corners if I didn’t score well enough. Just prepare yourself for taking on this bold pattern. My bathroom is not perfectly square - far from actually - and there is no such thing a perfectly square room. Before I got started, I watched YouTube videos so I had a plan. They recommend that you “dry lay” a straight line of tiles down the center of the room, then cross section it with a line of tiles going the other direction from wall to wall. These will be your guidelines to help you keep the rest of the tiles straight. Again, I highly recommend that you watch some tutorials on YT!! In the instructions, it says you can use non-sanded grout, and I plan to do this step next because I don’t want dirt, debris, or water in between the tiles. Lastly, I would recommend ordering an extra box. There was a lot of waste/scraps because you will need the extra tiles to ensure you can keep the design in line and consistent. I think the only reason this product is flagged as “high returns” is people may have an extra box and decide to return it after the project is done. Best of luck in your DIY endeavors! ;)

Peel and stick, but thick enough to feel like real tile. Still super easy to score and cut to size, plus there's just enough lip between them to still grout and fool everyone into thinking you've become an expert in tilework. They look and feel great and they seem like they're going to hold up very nicely in a room with a lot of foot traffic!

I hired a professional tile person to install this tile. The surface was level and clean. Within days the tile started to come loose, especially in the corners. My installer contacted the company, who were difficult to work with and to get a response. After several attempts, the company instructed my installer to gently lift the corners and use super glue! They followed the company’s advice but since the tile easily scratches it looks horrible and is not level, even after they re-grouted! Not only did I buy a faulty product, I paid for installation and the attempts to fix this mess. Now, I am paying to remove all the tile, buying a new product, and then I have the cost for new installation! Don’t be fooled by the beautiful design, this tile is worthless!
