I have been taking a dropper full of a liquid supplement in 16 oz. of water with a soapy taste. It wasn't easy to finish the dose due to the taste. I am now filling capsules with the dropper full and with no nasty taste. This is the solution to being compliant with taking the full dose!

Exactly as advertised. Easy to use, if you need to make a lot of capsules I’d get a larger set up, but for 5ish a week this isn’t bad.

    • Cheap metal punching
Dealing with powders, they should have used a sharper metal punch for the spoons and scoops. They have that metal-punch edge to them, not smooth and catches powders you have measured, slightly changing the amounts that make it into the capsules. Also flimsy metal. Which is ok because you’re not digging dirt with them, your packing capsules, but it’s just not wonderful to work with. Overall, you can’t complain too much at the price point. ... show more
