LOVE how easy it is to zip the foam pieces into the zipper covers. Ready to use in about a day. Played for hours (4 year old boy) building forts and castles. Very soft. We even used it for a bed that night to sleep on! Highly recommend !

Update (2024-04-19): After around a month of use, we've found holes in the fabric and not even on the seams. It appears that the fabric just ripped open. My kids have used it for forts, couches, and beds, but not throwing knife practice or as a craft table. We're not running a day care where dozens of kids are hopping on it all day either. At this price, I'd expect it to be more durable. I'll be taking the covers off to sew them up, but I shouldn't have to do that after a month of light-to-medium use. Dropping from 5* to 3* because it's still a fun product and I'm hoping we just got a bit unlucky and won't find more issues. I'll update this review again if I need to. Original 5* review (2024-03-22) : This 15 piece modular play couch arrived in a vacuum sealed bag, rolled up and wrapped in a tube. After carefully cutting open the plastic tube, the vacuum bag unrolled itself. The moment I cut open a corner, it started to quickly reinflate. There was no offgassing or unpleasant smell, probably because everything is a basic dense foam. My kids tried to build a couch first and were confused because the backs would always slide off when you tried to sit on it. After a couple minutes, they figured out that it worked fine if you built the couch against a wall. After that, mayhem ensued. We've had forts, space ships, bulldozers, princess castles, and who-knows-what-else. The set is fun, all covers are zippered and easy to remove. We haven't had a spill yet, so I haven't had to actually put a cover back on, but it looks like it should be relatively painless. The set isn't cheap, but it's great especially for younger kids (I'd say 8 and younger) but older kids can enjoy too, as long as they don't take themselves too seriously.

Omg our family can't get enough of this set! It's super comfortable, extremely versatile, and the glow is an added bonus!! Our children play with this set daily! From lying on it, sleeping on it, throwing pieces at one another, building things. And when it's time to clean up, we haven't repeated a look yet! Very very cool and highly recommend!

My kids absolutely love this couch! We don't have a nugget, so I can't give it a good comparison to that specific product. On it's own, it's been fun for them to take a part the couch, play with the individual cushions and then put it back together. My biggest complaint is that when you do want it to function as a true couch, there isn't a lot of structural integrity to keep it held together. So, we usually have cushions slipping a part on our hardwood flooring (the carpet is less of an issue but it still happens). Overall, this is 10/10 for young kids - fun to sit in a place of their own and fun to explore the possibilities of building!

Nice zipper to take on/off slip covers. •Quickly inflated (best to wait 72 hours, but mine was inflated overnight) •Excellent memory foam quality, making it extremely comfortable for my kids with the extra soft fabric of the couch, and IT GLOWS IN THE DARK. •Happy blocks has great modular couch design, that’s different than other brands I’ve seen. With more shape cushions; You can neatly package all the shapes into a modular couch design for storage. •Have your child use this in a variety of different ways; use it as a fort or an obstacle course. I’m THRILLED I waited to get a modular couch, because the designs keeps getting better and better! This is the most fun modular couch I’ve even seen, and my kids choose this one over our other version (that cost more!!). Do yourself a favor, and choose Happy Blocks Modular Couch for its fun and different design, with a great durable quality that comes with a 1 year warranty.
