My only issue with this monitor is that it defaults to 20% brightness and doesn't remember its previous setting. So, everytime I boot it up, I have to hold down the "brightness up" to increase it to 100%. Other than that it's great! You'll also need to play with the touch settings in Windows to get the touchscreen to work right. But that's more a Windows issue, not this monitor's problem.

This is such a great finding and must have gadget for someone who travels and need to work on the go, it is new norm now to work from anywhere and this gave that flexibility to me, i was worried about the long trip away from home and i always loved the 2 screen setup, this helped me to ease my nerves. This screen came with everything needed out of the box. All cables are included, i used usb c and connected it to my laptop which also helped sending power to the screen. The screen quality is great and has multiple settings to adjust brightness, color temperature. Picture is crisp and clear, the back stand took some time to understand i wish it is more stable. Other than that everything about this screen is absolutely great. Loved the innovation and flexibility this gave to my routine.

Just set it up today and already it works right out of the box. I used it for my video recording screen to start and finish with obs and I just ended a stream using it and it made it very easy for me without interrupting the game I was playing also it looks nice on my desk. I would Highly recommend this screen.

Assuming you want image AND touch screen...This monitor works great in one scenario. You MUST use a HIGH SPEED USB-C cable no longer than 6' connected directly to your mac (I do not know about PC) Any cable longer than 6' will not pass video. You can use a longer HDMI cable in addition to external power, but you lose touch screen. Touch screen only works in standard and 180 degree positions. 90 (vertical screen) is not possible. Also, the touch screen is more like an external mouse. For example: If you mouse is hovering over the main computer screen and you touch the external screen, you could select what is on the main screen by mistake. Use caution. Customer support is non existent.
