I have a small indoor garden with an in-pot watering system that I was looking to establish a "living water supply" for, with an RO-DI auto-top off and a small colony of fish to provide a constant supply of otherwise free fertilizer to my plants. I already have the plants...and the RO system, and the DI filter, I just needed an tank which seemed appropriate for the task. This (relatively) small-ish 15 gallon cube is actually perfect for what I wanBUDGET t to do. And with the in-pot watering system being fed from this aquarium, and the aquarium being auto-topped off by the DI system, I won't have to water my plants ever. Or provide them with nutrients. I'll just have to feed the fish. Now I just need some fish...but the tank, which arrived in tact (sigh of relief), is beautiful. So clear. It's cube shape may eventually get it set up to look like a Borg cube under water. And I still haven't figured out what I'm going to populate it with yet (need to do a little research yet). But as far as the tank goes...I'm just in awe. It's quite a deal for the price. Though my tank arrived in tact, I suggest the manufacturer DOUBLE the protection for the sides of the tank. Sheets of plywood wouldn't be wasted, in addition to the excellent corner protection already in place. Just a suggestion. 5 stars.

This arrived in a box that looked like it had been in a war zone, so I was fully expecting it to be smashed to oblivion. However, it was actually perfectly intact inside the box. The tank itself is made of fairly thick (for the tank size) low iron glass that looks very nice. The edges are all nicely finished and it looks well made. At 40cm on a side it isn't the biggest tank around and won't be suitable for every sort of aquarium, but with the right care and attention it would make a nano reef or small planted freshwater tank. It does not come with any sort of top, so if you want that, you are going to need to add something. That's usually not a problem but it is something to keep in mind. This glass should drill well, but I haven't drilled this tank yet. I will be adding plumbing through the bottom, assuming everything works right. Tank came with a nice pad to relieve any pressure points and reduce the likelihood of cracking.

This is a beautiful well made aquarium, I am thrilled with the high quality, substantial look and feel of it! The tank arrived in perfect condition, and I can't wait to purchase the rest of the equipment necessary to get this tank going. I have had a variety of fish tanks and fish over a span of 35 years, and this tank is top of the line! The seams are thick and well sealed, and the thickened glass used is substantial and not easily broken. The tank is made to last, and look amazing for years to come.
