I have never left a review before, but I have been so frustrated with Ioka's customer service that I feel I must warn future customers. I purchased one of their necklaces for my mom, and the second day she wore it the chain broke under no duress. This was obviously a defective product. When I went to work with the seller to get a refund so that I could purchase the same necklace, they were unwilling. They informed me that all they could do was repair the broken chain, stating that that would leave an obvious mark on the chain where the repair was made. I then had to work with Amazon to get a refund. Once I sent the necklace back, the seller changed their mind and asked where they could send the REPAIRED necklace. I once again had to reach out to Amazon Customer Service where they immediately issued me a refund. I am once again impressed by Amazon's great customer service, but disappointed in this seller's handling of the situation, I would have loved to support them by being able to buy another one of the same necklace. ... show more
