The quality of the metal does not look what the price was. It looked to be very cheap and light, not heavy as gold should be. It did not look to be 18 inches either.

Looks nice and is the perfect heaviness for what I was looking for but the clasp is a little challenging. The lobster clasp itself works fine but the end it connects through is very narrow. Otherwise it looks delicate and feminine without being to thin. So it should be pretty durable.
