I was a little torn on whether this charger should be 4 or 5 stars. Other reviewers have captured the charger's capabilities pretty well, including the limitation of only outputting 100W. I didn't have any issue with the 100W limit as it is enough to charge a tablet or laptop (but not with a docking station and accessories). The charger is also pretty dense, which is usually associated with durability but that's just a feeling. Instead, I took away a star because the device is not UL or ETL certified; for safety reasons you really should have one of those marks for things you want plugged in for extended periods. My final nitpick is I prefer grounded chargers. Despite (or maybe because) of all this I think this would be a great travel charger. It is dense but compact. For travel use you're not likely to leave it plugged in for weeks on end. And in some countries, the plugs aren't grounded so you don't need to find an adapter. All the negatives are mitigated by a travel use case. ... show more

Good charger. However, it is on the heavy side. It will work perfectly for a desk or nightstand but the added bulk of the cable makes it less desirable for travel. Having 3 USB-C and 1 USB-A port helps with older items that require a USB-A cable to charge. The included power cable is just OK. It feels flimsy and it is not very flexible. On the plus side, the included USB-C cable feels well made. Keep in mind that the most you can get from the C ports is 100W so if your device needs 125W or more it will not be sufficient. The extra 40W simply allows you to use it for additional gadgets while your main device is drawing 100W. Overall, it does what it should\advertised. ... show more

This has replaced by laptop power brick and phone charger for my travel bag... and for the weight of my laptop's power brick. I haven't needed all 140w to check the power distribution, but it does seem like it prioritizes C1 and C2 over C3 and USB-A. No issues so far - charges everything so quickly... just remember to purchase high wattage USB-C cables to go with this if you intend on replacing your laptop's power brick. ... show more

it is portable but heavy, I don`t think that is a good idea to carry it around, especially for traveling. the charging speed is very fast, but not up to 100 watts. not as fast as the other 100w power station that I have. everything else is good.

I realized during my last trip that my old multi-port travel charger had a USB-C adapter in almost every port. It also didn’t fast charge my newer phone and got really hot. This Foval charger has solved all of those issues. Here’s what I like and don’t like about this charger: **************************************************** LIKES *Charges Everything- I haven’t found anything this charger won’t work on. It charges my Dell Inspiron laptop, Nintendo Switch, my Galaxy Note 20, my Galaxy watch, and my iPad Air. *Less Hot- my last charger got really hot when it was charging multiple devices simultaneously. This one still gets warm but nowhere near as hot as my last one. *Super Fast Charge- because it has higher wattage capabilities, this one will super fast charge my Samsung cell phone and charges my iPad fast as well. *Smart- I don’t have to think about what port I’m plugging each device into because the charger automatically recognizes what the device needs. *Port Options- You’ve got 3 of the USB-C ports to use and 1 standard USB-A port. *Available Power- With 100W of power to use I can have all 4 ports charging something simultaneously without any issues. *Size- this thing has a nice small footprint and profile so it’s great for travel. *Cables Included- in addition to the standard power cable you also get a double-ended USB-C cable. *Carrying Bag- you even get a little black carrying bag to put everything in. It’s a tight fit and isn’t very high quality, but it’s a nice touch. *Value- this charger is currently $56.98.
