After wearing it, my friends didn't even notice it was a wig. Wearing a hair cap does not tighten the head, nor does it press down on the top of the head. The breathability is decent, and wearing it for most of the day will not cause discomfort. The fixation effect is good, it won't slip even when walking or looking down normally.
