All depends on the black light used , but overall I think they were really nice. The purple ones will make your fingers purple when tying them but I loved them for a final touch!

Alot of the balloons weren't usable because the had holes in them. Also the purple ones color bled on my clothes & fingers. But I got the job done so they're ok.
