⭐ 1 Star – Bundles Are NOT Human Hair (Only the Closure Is) This product is misleadingly advertised. While the closure appears to be human hair, the bundles are absolutely NOT human hair. The bundles have a synthetic, plastic-like feel, an unnatural shine, extremely hard synthetic and do not react like real human hair when washed or styled. They tangle easily, shed, and lose the body wave almost immediately. Heat does not behave properly on the bundles, which is another clear sign they are not real human hair. The closure itself is decent and seems to be the only genuine human hair included, but that does not justify the price or the false claims. Advertising this as 12A Brazilian virgin human hair is inaccurate and misleading when the majority of the product is not human hair. I would’ve definitely returned it immediately but I didn’t open package, until I got to the hair dresser and had a program to attend within 3 hours. I was so disappointed ☹️ I feel deceived as a customer. I would not recommend this product and will not be purchasing again.
