Comes with instruction on how to make a balloon arch. But I think most people would be getting it for the props: large cell phone, ghetto blaster, guitar, disco ball, etc. Because it comes shrink wrapped I immediately took it out of the bag to try to start smoothing out the wrinkles. I got this for a retro themed party and handed over the package to a professional balloon arch builder. She told me that the ordinary filler type balloons were so-so in quality. The bigger pieces were better. Some of them were a thicker kind of material, more like a pool floatie than Mylar (phone, boombox, and microphones). I was able to save those after the event.
