These are quite fun! They are a nice size (about 2.5" diameter). If you have a bucket of water and submerge it open (and then close it under water), the entire balloon fills with water. (If you try to fill it using a faucet, it only gets about half full.) The silicone is very soft. I cannot feel where the magnets are... there are no hard parts that could hurt someone when they get hit with the balloon. They are bright happy colors and there are no little pieces to pick up after everyone plays with them.
