It's a decent crush washer. Seals up the drain plug like it should.

Cheap insurance when doing your own oil change. Toyota oil drain plugs use a crush washer to seal and prevent oil plug leaks. These washers are usually one and done or single use since they are crushed when the drain plug is tightened. I have reused these washers but makes me uneasy and I check for leaks more often than I like to. Having these on hand gives peace of mind and is the proper way to do an oil change. Cars and engines aren’t cheap now but these are so grab some spares.
