Perfect candles for emergency outages. These pillar candles are small, easy to stow away somewhere safe, for use during power outages. They are unscented, and don't smoke or gutter, keeping a consistent burn throughout. They do drip, like all candles do. But they're sturdy and sit securely on a small candle tray or saucer to prevent the dripping wax from damaging any furniture. And I only noticed it starting to drip at around the 12-hour mark. Perhaps if I had extinguished the candle and let it cool before relighting it, it might not have dripped. But that's such a non-concern. I keep one of these candles in each room in my home, with a small saucer to keep it on, to be used in case of power outages. The size and quality really is exactly what I was looking for. They're a bit more expensive than I would have thought necessary, but given that the candles check all the boxes of what I was looking for in emergency candles, I really do think they're worth the expense. ... show more

These are a nice size and I love to light candles once the time changes and we get longer nights. They are scent free and they are a good size. I’m excited to see how they live up to the promise of 24 hours of burn time. And it really is smokeless! In our house we like to create hygge (an intentional search for coziness basically) and it’s been hard to find smokeless candles that truly do what they say. These are really good quality Update: I didn’t quite get to 24 hours of burn time but it was close! I got 22 out of the first batch and that was amazing to me!! These are super clean! 10/10 recommend ... show more
