The cord simply locks into place and lights up to let you know it's charging. The charge length was about 30 minutes. Clean up 10/10 This is where a lot of people dislike these types of toys. They have weight to them, mass. That is the price you pay for realism. If you wanted something tiny and super easy to clean, go get a cup. This thing washes as any toy of this type does. There are multiple methods and a whole argument on the best method. I'm not here to advocate any particular method. My method allowed me to insert a washing sprayer into the orifices, and after a few back and forths with "fill and drains", she was cleaned and ready for my drying methods. Overall opinion 10/10 Spectacular toy. The fact this item is so cheap blows me away.
