I was actually really surprised at the quality of some of the tools included. Knives seem like fairly decent knives and there’s a ton of really helpful items in there. And the bag itself is really quite small so it’s great to throw in our camping box and not take up a ton of space.

This is probably the best Car Camping kitchen kit I have ever had. Nobody wants to bring their good kitchen stuff with them and I was fully expecting very cheep quality tools inside this bag. No. The scissors alone are some of the tightest and best I have had and even prefer them over kitchenaid and OXO brand scissors I have at home. The knives are extremely sharp and can cut tomatoes without smashing them and tough things like raw potatoes with ease. There is plenty of room to add more. I added a microfiber towel that folds up small to the kit as well as a lodge chainmail sponge and a large bottle of campsuds. Still have room for more if I ever need it. The only thing I found useless was the glove. I have medium sized hands and this thing has to be an extra small. The washcloth is great but I do wish it had a scrubby side like mesh or something. Will end up getting one and replacing but that's kinda the point of camping kits. Nothing super fancy just a nice complete kit that keeps everything together and can replace pieces or add as needed. If you don't have any or very little kitchen equipment reserved for camping only, this is the kit for you. You wont regret it. ... show more

Took this kit on a week long camping trip and it was great with only one exception, the glove. Thankfully, I had packed another pot holder because when my friend used it to grab the handle of the cast iron skillet, the white spots melted onto the handle. Didn’t use it again after that. The kit has everything you can possibly need and I love how organized it is. Easy to clean and put the items back into their respective spots. The kit is compact, light, and easy to pack with the rest of your gear without taking up too much space. I was even able to add 2 neatly folded kitchen towels and two wooden utensils to the pack without it bulking the pack out or making it difficult to zipper. Great purchase! ... show more

I was worried about the handle from reviews but mine doesn't have any problems. I love the convenience of it. The knifes are sharp. And everything feels of good quality. I do wish the pokers had covers over the points, they are sharp. I wrapped the tips in tin foil so I wouldn't get poked. I'll probably try the hot glue method to cover them. We could put our sporks (4) in as well to keep everything together. We used this for tent camping but now I want another to keep in my tent trailer since it's small and convenient. ... show more

This kit is a camping essential. Been great for our camping trips and love the case it comes in to keep things organized. The utensils that are included are great and feel sturdy and love the little cutting board it comes with. All things to get a good grill session done while camping.

Really enjoyed using this kit on our last camping trip! I have a mess kit that I've built over the last few years, and this duplicates some items, but it packs very nicely in my overall box. The case is made very well, and holds items well. The tongs and ladle like to slip out, no big deal breaker. The utensils are made of metal, and have a nice polish to them. They cleaned up very easily with camp soap and a 1/4 scrub pad. I really like how the kitchen shears separate for cleaning like my ones at home. I did not use the tongs or rice paddle, but the other items were 100% what you would expect to have at home. Word of warning: the knife is SHARP! Probably sharper than half the knives I have at home and on par with a $60 filet knife for cleaning fish I have! The blade goes right to the rear edge, and handling to wash I let my pinky brush against it; instant sliced finger. It really makes meal prep and cleaning a breeze, but you better be careful with it! ... show more
