I expected these to be softer than my cloudwheels. I was mistaken. They're a hard rubber that isn't very pliable. The taper of the wheels means there is limited straightway surface contact, making traction on wet surfaces quite poor.

These are some interesting wheels. Never seen anything like this. First of all it's hollow inside! It's design to absorb shock from bumps and pot holes to give a comfortable ride. The shape of the wheels is not a perfect cylindrical shape. You can see from the photos that the wheel diameter of the inside of the wheel is bigger than the outside of the wheel, almost like a cone shape. This helps the gripping of the tires to the floor during sharp turns. Almost like how negative camber of your car wheels behave. What an interesting idea! It comes with 2 ABEC wheels and 2 Kegel wheels. So whichever pulleys you have use those. From the pictures you can see the outside wheel core they all look like ABEC but from the look of the other side you can see the 2 Kegel and 2 ABEC core. So keep in mind if you have Kegel long rods on the pulleys that it my not go all the way through the wheels. But glad that all the wheels have the ABEC core look on the outside, since not a fan of the Kegel look. Packaging was nice and wheels were pretty snugged in the box without alot of wiggle room. Definitely feels protected. Comes with a nice instruction manual. I recommend reading this carefully! There's a specific way to ensure the wheels are closed correctly and mounted securely. These wheels work very well! The roads on my commute are terrible and I was looking for something that would keep my feet from going numb. The Hollow Wheels do the trick and I love them!

The Hollow Wheels were what I was looking for. They give a comfortable ride and I love the looks of them. They are a little loud but the performance against my stock Exway wheels and the cloud wheels is way better. I definitely recommend them.

I switched over from my stock 96s that came with the Zealot s2, and the difference was night and day. Felt like I could turn and accelerate with more confidence as my biggest concern was the grippiness since my original set of wheels would slide; these wheels def keep me grounded. have tried a few 105mm on a few e-skateboards, mostly Boosted, but these are by far my favorites. they’re interesting in design (given they’re hollow) and super lightweight for their size. translates to a WAY SMOOTHER ride because the hollow wheels absorb shock—not to mention that TOP SPEED!! wheels are super grippy as well so its a lot easier to carve with them than with standard wheels. if you’re looking for new e-skate wheels, GET THESE! ... show more
