I use these 260's to assemble my balloon garlands. These 260's are amazing. I can stretch them more than you could imagine. I use them to wrap the balloon cluster to each other which can be up to sometimes 10-15 cluster at a time. I also make 260 bracelets out of them and attach them to the balloon and then wrap it around the other balloon. The stretch and versatility of these 260's is what makes putting my arches together easy and simple for me but makes it look phenomenal. These are great for all sorts of things. I use them mostly for balloon archs. They are super great to tie around one bunch and attached it to the larger bunch. Great concept and so many for so cheap!
