What to you do when you need a spring and you don't want to run down to the warehouse store? Just reach for your little box of assorted strings instead. I cannot tell you how many times I needed a small-ish spring and did not want to buy a whole box of them, or pay too much to have one or two shipped. This collection is offered at a very reasonable price when you consider how many springs you are getting. There are many different sizes from very small to large-ish, and several units of each size, and each size is in an individual zip bag and is clearly labeled. The entire kit is much smaller than I expected, when compared to pictured on the sales page, and none of the springs are huge; but this is a good thing since in my experience you need more smaller spring for home/shop projects than larger ones. I believe I'll find many uses for these around the house for general repairs, but also will use them for hobby projects such as robotics, woodworking, etc. It is too soon to gauge how durable the springs are, only time will tell how well they hold up; however they feel strong and well made. Each end includes a closed loop that can be opened if required with needle nosed pliers, strong tweezer, or even a small screwdriver. The container that they come in is handy to keep them all together, and for shelf or tool box storage. As mentioned they are in individual bags sorted by size and labeled in inches and mm. A well priced, broadly useful, collection.

Springs are seemingly good spring quality. They stretch out well and regain shape perfectly thus far. wire feels durable and isn't snapping under stress. Lots of good different sizes for many applications . even not for just replacing but for "Modifying" things this has been a very handy set to have available. Good price for a large number and variety of springs.

I used these extension springs to replace the broken springs on my pliers and reusable spray bottle. The set comes with 100 springs in 25 different sizes, which means you'll have the correct size of replacement spring on hand when something breaks. When the spring on my reusable spray bottle broke, I was able to quickly locate the correct replacement spring from this set and replace it, restoring the bottle's functionality in no time. I got these Beesini extension springs for home robotics projects, and they are exactly what I expected. They do all appear to be stainless steel in the set I got, contrary to other reviews, but I didn’t much care anyways. The quality is totally unknown, even after playing with them a bit I have no idea of their durability, but I wasn’t expecting aircraft quality anyways. The individual packaging of each size is nice, and the assortment covers the size range I needed.

I needed a spring to fix a toy, but since I didn't have the original, I didn't know what length, width, or tension I needed. This assortment allowed me to try many different sizes until I found just the right one. I couldn't imagine going to the store and buying each one I tried separately.
