We got these sheets for our guest bedroom, where we have a twin trundle bed (we keep sheets on the 2nd part, but the room is kind of small to keep the bed expanded, so these sheets go on the top part). Out of the box, we could tell these were good quality, with nice touches. If you look at my pictures, they have the top/bottom and sides labelled in the center of each. While this is not a big deal in twin sheets, our other MBR bed is a king, and figuring out what it the top/bottom vs sides is not easy (76 vs 80 inches), so having that labelled is a very nice touch. The sheets themselves are very nice to the touch as well. When we opened them up, we washed them before use to soften them up and see how they come out of the wash. They came out fairly wrinkle-free and feeling very soft and cool to the touch, so they should do well in Florida when the nights are warm (no sweating in these sheets). The elastic is nice and thick, so it should hold up well. The fitted sheet is quite deep, so even if we were to put a 2 inch topper on the mattress, they would still fit well over it and no pop off easily. The pillowcase is the tuck-in kind, where you push the pillow in and pull the fitted flap over the outside edge, and tuck the flap inside. So, the case completely holds in the pillow, and no having the pillow slide out when you move during sleep, like standard pillow cases do. So, while $79.99 is kind of high for a set of twin sheets, these are very classy twin sheets with several nice features. They are very comfortable, sturdy, and your guest (or child) will be impressed by the nice sheets you give them when they stay with you. ... show more

These sheets have nice deep pockets so you are not fighting to get them on. They say they are cooling sheets but not sure I agree. I woke up with my hair completely soaked, but the rest of me was okay. The pillow case stitching was not the greatest, the seams are together but it looks like they were done by hand but not done well. ... show more

    • Not the Bamboo I'm Used To

These honestly don’t feel like other bamboo sheets I own. Imagine soft, silky cotton with a touch of suede. These on the other hand feel closer to a cheap microfiber blend that’s not quite as soft. Don’t get me wrong, they’re not scratchy or uncomfortable, just not what I expected in this price range. In other aspects they seem to be up to par. The pockets are deep enough for thicker mattresses and they’re true to size, at least for us anyway. The white is a true white. Crisp and bright. No hanging threads, holes, or other abnormalities have been noted with them. I will update my review if they don’t hold up to washing, which is something expected of literally all sheets, no matter what they’re made of.     • Is It Worth The Price?

I’ve come around to bamboo sheets slowly. At first I thought they were too rubbery. Over time I’ve grown to appreciate their silk like qualities at a budget price and have purchased quite a few sets. When these appeared I wondered if they could possibly be worth 4 times the price of the average bamboo sheet set? The answer to that depends on your priorities. These are the finest sheets I’ve ever owned. They are superior to the $50 price range bamboo sheet tier in nearly every way. They are a bit softer, and are not as rubbery, behaving more like traditional sheets. They also have clear tags on the fitted sheet declaring which is a side, and which is a top/ bottom. A small, but very helpful detail. And they emerge from the laundry in better shape than normal. Is it worth the price? They are not 4 times softer, or 4 times better. It’s more like 20% better. Which is noticeably better, but not exactly aligned with the premium price in a mathematical sense. It depends on your priorities. If having top notch sheets are your goal, no matter the price, then these are perfect. If you’d rather have 3 - 4 sets of “good enough” sheets for the price of one set of these, then perhaps these aren’t for you. As for me, these are the best sheets I’ve ever owned, regardless of material. If it were economically feasible, I’d gladly replace all my sheets with these. I trust this review was helpful. Wow! I took these out of the box and was immediately impressed with the silky sheen feel and appearance. I ordered the twin size in white for my teenage son (because it was the only color available at the time), but I would have preferred a cream color for him. He tends to feel hot at night and is constantly turning on the air conditioner. These sheets are advertised as being “cool,” so I thought it’s worth a try. I was surprised to find that each edge of the fitted sheet is labeled with a tag indicating if it’s a “side” or a “top/bottom”, reducing the frustration of stretching out the sheet onto the mattress only to discover that you put it on wrong. I have to admit that after washing the sheets and my son sleeping on them for a week, they now look like regular white sheets. The iridescent sheen is gone, so they no longer look like the luxury sheets that they did right out of the box. My son is still happy with them and he says they stay cool and comfortable while he sleeps. ... show more
