If you have a large round table, you know that finding tablecloths and covers can be challenging. This item really fits the bill. The fabric is beautiful and the stitching is clean. No loose threads and uniform stitching all around. Colors are consistent throughout. Still a little wrinkled after the first wash (to be expected, right?), a quick pass with a steamer left it smooth & crisp. I fully expect subsequent washing to improve the lay, based on the quality of the fabric. Used it for a small dinner with friends and it received only positive comments. I absolutely love this round linen tablecloth. I used this tablecloth to hand dye using the ice dye method and it turned out beautifully. It is a really nice quality tablecloth, well worth the price asked. It is 100% linen. It washes well on cold, and I laid it flat to dry. This is a very lovely French flax linen tablecloth. It is a very neutral and traditional style that can complement most decor. I love the neutral color and the thickness of the fabric. My first impression was that this is definitely not a cheap quality tablecloth. The fabric exudes quality and the satinstitched hem is sewn with precision. Is it machine washable but I haven’t had the opportunity to launder it yet. I am assuming though, that it will soften with continued wash cycles and become even more beautiful as linen has been know to do. Of course, being 100% flax linen, there will be some ironing required to keep it table ready, but that is a fair trade for the uncompromising beauty that only all natural fibers can give. ... show more
