Fantastic experience ordering new window treatments. I was afraid to order online, but this has turned out to be the best experience I could have hoped for . We had previously had people come out and measure our windows and we ordered blinds through them many years ago, but it was extremely expensive. Those blinds were long since broken and I desperately needed new ones. But do not have the funds to have people come out and do them again. I decided to take a chance and order online through Amazon. I searched many different kinds and decided on these and I'm so glad I did. They are beautiful! I was nervous to do the measuring myself, but the ordering instructions to customize them made it easy. They also double-checked with me before actually starting to make them. They arrived quickly and when I took them out of the box I was able to see the quality. Material they were made of. They are made of thick, quality material and they look and feel amazing. At first I was nervous to take them out of the box and try to put them up. I was sure that it was going to be an ordeal to hang them. But it wasn't. I was lucky enough to be able to use the holes in the window frames that were there previously. The instructions that came with this shade recommended 4 in from the edge. But the holes that were there from the previous window treatments were 2.5" from the edge. I decided to try to go ahead and use those. It worked beautifully and didn't make any difference. If you need to make new holes, then I think you should go with what is suggested and make them 4" from the edge. But as it is, it worked out fine for me using the pre-existing ones. Once I figured out how to clip the shade onto the brackets, I would say it took me 20 minutes to put them up total. It was so easy, the directions were self-explanatory. Visual pictures, not words and it is intuitive and easy to understand. I then clipped the little plastic handle onto the bottom to raise and lower them and I was done. So simple and they look so nice! I will definitely be ordering again for more rooms, I can't believe it's this easy to do it myself and I don't need to hire a service. Great product, great quality and great company to work with. I can't recommend it highly enough.

We put them up with no trouble at all, didn’t even have to use the little tightening tool. I think it’s really important to measure Your space really accurately. We are super pleased.
