My dad had bought his ford escape used a few years ago and while it had low mileage, it still had enough to have had a few oil changes. Not sure what it is but oil change places don't have a good reputation with these splash shields on vehicles. They tend to strip the inserts out a lot. Just in a hurry I guess. I got this set to replace the ones on his car that were stripped. This set comes complete with all the inserts, the screws and clips needed to completely replace everything. I only needed the red plastic inserts that go at the front and a few of the screws to replace the ones that had fell out over time. Once you get to them, they were really easy to replace using a clip removal tool to get the old ones out and the new just push in place and clip in. Once they are in and you put the screws back, use a screwdriver. That's all that's needed. Overall, this is a good and complete kit. The inserts feel a little cheap but the oem ones that they replace are just as cheap feeling so they should work fine. ... show more
