This is some of the WORST Oracal I’ve ever gotten, which is surprising because they usually have decent vinyl! I usually get rolls of their glossy white but decided to get a large pack of these sheets, and what a mistake that was! I had SO MUCH trouble weeding this vinyl bc the backing kept coming off along with the vinyl. The vinyl was also VERY low tack, which is an issue for “permanentl” vinyl. It absolutely wouldn’t stick on my surface. I’ve been having a lot of issues with Oracal 651’s from Amazon...time to find another go-to brand :/ For context, I have a small vinyl & crafts business and would like to think that I am fairly familiar with vinyls. At first, I thought the transfer tape I was using was the culprit. But l after testing this white vinyl with a multitude of transfer tapes (name brand regular tack, dollar store low tack, name brand high tack, name brand low tack, paper transfer tape/the not see through kind) and absolutely nothing worked. I also test the vinyl out on ceramic, glass and stainless steel surfaces before leaving this review. ... show more

This is one of my favorite products to use! I have seen some terrible reviews on here this vinyl! There are a few tricks to using the 651 which can be found on Pinterest! Might I suggest looking there and doing your research prior to attempting any cutting or or weeding with this product if you’re concerned. This is an excellent product and made to last outdoors as a bumper sticker. Tiny letters, cursive etc are not what it’s made for. That said I’ve used this to put logos on cups that are still in pristine condition 5 years later. I highly recommend this product AND proper research. ... show more

    • Fake Oracal?

I am not sure if I got fake vinyl sheets or what but these peeled off of our t-shirts after only one wash - turned inside out and on cold. I used my Cricut and Easy Press like I always do. This was the worst vinyl I've ever used.

Really disappointed in the quality of vinyl I received. As soon as I opened the Amazon package and saw the rough edges i knew I was going to end up returning it. I opened the vinyl just to see how bad it was and every single page except 2 had something wrong with it. For the price it’s not worth it. I just needed vinyl quick so I ordered this one.. will be returning it and ordering elsewhere. This might seem minor to some people but I don’t like to waste my money on items that are damaged. If you watch prices and aren't doing crazy production level quantities, these packs are a good deal and having them pre-cut makes things easy. I have longer rolls of some vinyl and have always been happy with Oracal. I've used it with the cricut maker I sold and with my Brother ScanNCut SDX which I love. ... show more

I was excited for this to come, it seemed all too good to be true but I was hopeful anyways. When I got it, the vinyl was perfect, the amount of cuts I can make for so cheap on vinyl that holds up super well was phenomenal. I will continue to order this product, hopefully more colors along the way!

It’s all good except the vinyl sheets have pinches in them from bad packaging!! I wish they were wrapped in like a foam protection or something of that sort to avoid the damage. Adhesion wise and quality is good but every cut I make i can see the pinches in the vinyl and it’s not cool if that part is not weeded out it stays in the design. ... show more

I purchased this for projects around the house and ended up using it for the tumblers for our wedding. I wanted tumblers to prevent spills while getting ready for our wedding and I purchased various colors, so the white personalization really pops and brings everything together.
