Got this to go with some cable and a chain fall I just picked up. Nice to have the swivel action when lifting. Seems well made. My chai fall is only a 1 ton so I won’t be testing it’s 3 ton rating but better oversized than undersized. Seems like a good product so far.

I have found from experience that a swiveling hook is nice to have. This hook may not be the best of them, but it surely beats a hook without swiveling ability. I chose 1T option because it is small and most of my lifting needs fall within its rating. The 1T hook dimensions comply with the description. The hook is beautifully finished with a red paint. The rotation is not very smooth, but good enough for a $10 hook. A little oil definitely helped. As with any Chinese products - be very careful with it and test it to its rating before using it.
