I needed these because my pharmacy keeps forgetting to add them to my b12 injection orders. I wanted to have backups on hand so I don't have to worry about missing a dose. I drew up the needle and it went okay until the end. Then there was an air bubble in it. I tried to get it out and it pushed the fluid out and not the bubble. I've never experienced this, but I only have experience over the last 6 months. I do it with my nurse and she said that this is okay for a syringe to have. But I did find it difficult to push into my skin. I was blaming on the needle as I got it from a different seller. However it wasn't just the stick that was hard, but then it was a bit more difficult to push in. I'm still thankful to have them as backup, but at $4.99 for 5 syringes that seems expensive. It isn't the worst thing, and location might help with ease of use. However, I've never had difficulty with the ones from the pharmacy. ... show more

These little syringes are a good size for small dosing, like for insulin and pet meds. You can find them with needles for a better price if you buy higher quantities than this small pack--but there are a lot of uses for the syringes without the needles, so if you don't need the needles then this pack simplifies matters. Mixing ingredients for plant tissue micro-propagation, for example. If you don't need to worry about them being sterile, these are somewhat reusable. They are a bit more fragile than their larger gauge syringes, so they won't hold up to many reuses, but if you're careful you can get them to last a while, which helps justify the price per item. ... show more

The 1 milliliter syringes are individually packed and are marked sterile. They are luer lock without needles. They are latex free and made in China. The packaging is done adequately, seals are intact. They have manufactured and expiration dates on the box. Sterilized using ethylene oxide.

This is a box of five 1 mL individually wrapped sterile syringes. They are not marked with insulin units, just metric. I bought them to use as ink syringes to fill my fountain pens, so I can't attest to their accuracy. But they attach to standard leuer lock needles and I have no complaints.

Rating: 5 out of 5 This is an impressively well packaged and marked item. The syringes arrived in a cardboard box, well wrapped in their own individual soft plastic containers and can be separated but still kept sterile, similar to a bandage. The syringes themselves are 1ml, but have well defined markings for each .1 of a ml, making them quite useful if smaller quantities of medicine, food, or whatever else needs to be dispensed from them, is needed. In fact, and surprisingly, if one needed to measure even smaller quantities, there are rules on the syringes that allow for smaller divisions. As an example, if the quantity needed was, .65 of a millimeter-this amount is easily achieved using the ruler like gradations marked on the syringes.
